The Four Pillars of SEO
I find that there are 4 main pillars of SEO—the main takeaways that you need to keep in mind while building out your website. There is no “get rich quick” scheme with SEO, and it’s ever-changing with the intent of searchers out there.
Technical
The first pillar is technical—which is almost entirely back-end focused. The ability to crawl your site is important for indexing, and for the technical pillar the things you must keep in mind are:

- Reference other high-authority sites – Cite legitimate sources within your content to increase its credibility.
- Earn backlinks from other sites by creating high-quality content instead of purchasing links.
