New Quote Interface
Fast, accurate, and efficient quoting is a critical part of delivering a seamless B2B experience. For many businesses, the ability to quickly create, share, review, and revise quotes can directly impact sales speed, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.
With this latest update to our quoting functionality, we’re introducing new capabilities and improving existing features to make the B2B quoting process easier from start to finish. These enhancements are designed to help teams save time, reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and provide customers with a smoother quoting experience.
- An improved “add item” modal simplifies adding items to quotes, allowing users to tab through all products, recently quoted items, write-in, or bulk add SKUs via copy and paste.
- You can now adjust quote pricing based on margin and see the total quote margin right in the quote section. Upload your SKU’s cost in the Import/Export SKU feature or in the Inventory/Pricing section of the Admin Portal.
- NEW Copy-quote—Have a series of items you quote out multiple times? You can copy an older quote and update the customer information for a quicker turnaround.
API & Integrations
Yodify’s goal is to empower you to seamlessly integrate the platform into your already existing tech stack. We offer an open API, webhooks, and the ability to inject JavaScript site-wide and on specific custom pages. Yodify can work alongside ERPs, CRMs, analytics tools, chat solutions, and email marketing platforms.
Create your API keys & webhook events in the Developers section of the Admin Portal. Inject JavaScript in the Scripts section in site settings or on individual custom pages.

Refund Processing Update
In the new Payment Processing Profile > Payments & Disputes section, we have added the ability to partially refund a customer off the total order instead of needing to select an item to refund from. This will help in situations where you need to refund a set dollar amount and not attach it to any particular item.
Using the email/date search and clicking on the applicable customer order will enable a pop-up, and from there you can select “begin refund.”
You will also be able to manage order disputes here—if a customer tries disputing an order through Stripe, you can view, update, and submit the evidence.
