Analytics Dashboard Expansion
We’re excited to share the latest improvements to the Admin Portal. This month, we’ve added new analytics features to help you better understand how visitors move through your site and where key customer actions are taking place.
The new reporting tools include visibility into site traffic, document engagement, conversion funnels, and discount tracking. These insights are designed to help you identify trends, understand customer behaviour, and spot opportunities to improve conversion.
We’ve also introduced a new GA4 integration interface, giving you a clearer view of which events are set up to trigger and whether your GA4 tag is properly configured. This helps make tracking more transparent and gives your team greater confidence in the data being collected.
These enhancements are part of our ongoing effort to make the Admin Portal more powerful and easier to use. We’re excited to continue to deliver tools that help you better track performance and support your customers’ journey from start to finish.
OOBO
Sometimes your customers need a little extra help, or they have an order that needs to be reordered periodically. With Order on Behalf Of, you can make their lives easier by fulfilling their order without them lifting a finger.
Granting OoBo permissions to your specific Team Members will activate the Order on Behalf Of functionality so they can assist clients with their orders. From the front end of your site, you can impersonate any of your clients that have Payment Accounts and place their order with the front-end functionality. OoBo functionality does not work for credit card-only accounts.
